Everything you need to know about how we ship your order and our return policy.

Shipping Information

WhirliGig is a curated marketplace of independent artisan vendors. Each vendor ships their own products directly to you. Shipping times and carriers may vary by vendor.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $50 — FREE standard shipping
  • Orders under $50 — flat rate of $5.99

Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available for select vendors at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time by visiting My Account → Orders.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Perishable goods (food, candles that have been burned)
  • Digital downloads
  • Items marked "Final Sale"

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with a photo of the item. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
